Souvlaki
Succulent meat appetisers for the family to enjoy as ration of a delicious Greek feast.
The ingredient of Souvlaki
- 600g pork scotch steak cut into 2cm pieces

- 1 2 cup finely chopped mint
- 1 garlic clove crushed
The Instruction of souvlaki
- improve pork wine lemon juice oil garlic oregano and paprika in a glass or ceramic bowl cover once plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate
