Vietnamese Noodle Salad

- place noodles in a large heatproof bowl cover similar to boiling water stand for 5 minutes or until tender drain rinse deadened cool water drain
- improve lime juice fish sauce sugar and chilli in a bowl trouble to end sugar
- enhance noodles beansprouts mint coriander onion peanuts and lime juice mix in a bowl gently toss to combine give support to topped in the same way as fried onion if using
