Orange Rosemary Semolina Syrup Cakes

- 2 tsp chopped lively rosemary
- 125g butter at room temperature
- 100g 1 2 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp finely grated orange rind
- 2 eggs
- 6 vivacious rosemary sprigs or leaves
- 1 yellowish brown
- 215g 1 cup caster sugar
- 250ml 1 cup blithe yellowish brown juice
